In order to keep prices as low as possible, we do not provide refunds on fabrics, interlinings, or stabilizers. If you have received one of these products that is not to your liking, please email me at lianke@handbag-x-u.com or use the "contact me" button on the home page and I will work with you on a solution. Because the patterns are provided in pdf format for you to download, there are no refunds on patterns. All other purchases may be returned within 5 business days for a refund if not satisfied. Postage is not refundable unless an error was made on our part. All purchases are shipped USPS priority. For international orders, please note that the shipping charges do not include any custom fees, duty charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any such charges once the package reaches your country.

6.  Enter Password & User ID
