A sleek, unique bag that doesn't forget its vintage roots. 

Barbara has a slight A-line shape that lends itself well to either stiff interfacing or slightly relaxed.  The "ooh" feature of this bag is the handles; coordinated cording adds texture and interest, while the sleek main panels beg for a carefully chosen motif.

Construction features include 2 lined, sectioned interior pockets, smaller lining than exterior so the lining will not wrinkle, trimmed interfacings for less bulky seams, easy & effective bag bottom method, and magnetic snap closure.

Measurements:

    Top - 10 1/2 inches

    Bottom - 11 1/2 inches

    Height, excluding handles - 7 inches

    Deep - 2 1/2 inches

    Handle drop - 9 inches, or customizable

  1/2 yard of 44" wide mid to heavyweight fabric 1

  1/2 yard of 44" wide mid to heavyweight fabric 2

  heavyweight interfacing measuring 27 inches by 20 inches

  mesh plastic bag bottom measuring 2 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches

  14 mm slim magnetic snap

  scrap of fusible interfacing

  coordinating thread

  coordinating thick cording measuring 1 yard
